Unauthorized reproduction, copying, alteration, printing, distribution, or commercial use of the Fairy Hair® logo or other protected brand assets is strictly prohibited.

The Fairy Hair® logo may not be:

• Replicated, recreated, traced, or imitated
• Printed on business cards, flyers, signage, banners, packaging, apparel, promotional materials, or other marketing materials
• Used in advertisements, social media graphics, websites, digital marketing, or promotional campaigns
• Modified, altered, recolored, or incorporated into another logo or design
• Used to imply an affiliation, partnership, endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or authorization by Fairy Hair®
• Reproduced by third-party printers, designers, marketing agencies, salons, independent artists, or other businesses without express written authorization from Fairy Hair®

AUTHORIZED USE ONLY

Official Fairy Hair® branded marketing materials and approved brand assets are available only through Fairy Hair® directly or through channels expressly authorized by Fairy Hair®.

Purchasing Fairy Hair® products, becoming a Fairy Hair® artist, or completing Fairy Hair® certification does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, print, modify, or commercially distribute the Fairy Hair® logo or other protected brand assets.

If you require approved Fairy Hair® branding or marketing materials, please obtain them directly from the official Fairy Hair® website or contact Fairy Hair® for written authorization.

ENFORCEMENT

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, printing, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Fairy Hair® protected intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, false designation of origin, or other violations of applicable law.

Fairy Hair® expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under federal, state, and applicable international law.

If unauthorized use is identified, Fairy Hair® may require the immediate removal and destruction of the infringing materials and may pursue further legal remedies, including claims for damages, costs, attorneys’ fees where recoverable, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available by law.

Do not reproduce, print, distribute, modify, or commercially use the Fairy Hair® logo or other protected brand assets without prior written authorization.
